The Cubs jumped out to an early 5-0 lead over the Giants on Friday, but, more importantly, right fielder Jason Heyward had to leave the game with an injury after crashing into the wall.
Heyward suffered the injury making a truly great diving catch in the right-center field gap in the very first inning. Here's the video:
Man, that's a great catch, but yikes. Heyward crashed into the wall head first. I thought it was going to be a concussion or neck or shoulder injury at first, but the Cubs are calling it a torso/abdominal injury for the time being.
Per Cubs, Jason Heyward officially under evaluation to his right torso/abdominal region.

Chicago lost Kyle Schwarber to a knee injury earlier this season, so they're already down one corner outfielder. They have a ton of depth though, so while they can't replace Heyward's (and Schwarber's) raw production, they have better than replacement level players to fill in.
Heyward, 26, went into Friday's game hitting a mere .225/.325/.282 (66 OPS+) with only one home run through 36 games. He was still making a big time impact with his glove, as evidenced by Friday's catch.
